Turns over slowly

Put a new motor in my 04 dodge Dakota it
turns over but real slow have checked my
grounds and battery is full charged what
could keep it from turning over like it should

How is the starter? May need to load test the starter. Is this engine running?

I wonder if the Ignition Starter Switch is giving you grief, this is what it looks like...... https://www.carid.com/2004-dodge-dakota-ignition-parts/standard-ignition-lock-switch-44863242.html

How long was the engine sitting, wonder if you should pull all the plugs and squirt some oil into the cylinders and turn it over to lube up the rings?
