VIN # and license # error

I have tried entering my VIN # and license # of my car listing - yet the website
says they are not correct. I know they are correct. What can I do?

if tax collector/vehicle registration office is close by, have them visually inspect the vin and they may be able to have it corrected in system. dealerships, tag registration office, all use people to enter these....someone may have made a typo.
