2005 stratus electricical problems?

My wife's 2005 stratus recently started with flickering lights(dash,headlights,etc) also the heater would blow hot then cold.  Today it wouldn't start.  No clicking or anything when key was turned.  I just replaced battery last month.  I went to check connections and hi the fuse box by the positive jump start terminal.  I head some clicking and then the lights and radio came on.  It started right up and drove fine.  We got home and shut it off and now it won't start again!!  Any help or suggestions would be awesome

Altenator.. Mine did the same thing took it to auto zone to check it said it was good 800 later shop changed only the altenator it had a bad diode no problems since

My 2006 Dodge Stratus is doing the exact same thing. I have replaced the alternator twice within the last week. The battery tested good. Any other suggestions on what this might be?
