Noise while manual transmission in neutral

My 2012 Jeep Wrangler has a brand new
clutch & throw out bearing & began making
a rattling/clanging noise while in nuetral &
goes away when clutch engaged. What
could it be?

May be a stupid answer, but have you checked the heat shield? Happened in many of my vehicles and only noticed when not under load!
