Cooling system

I have a 2005 dodge neon sxt. I can hear gurgeling
in the radiator res. The temp guage moves just
stays in the middle. Also...my upper radiator hose
stays cool. What do you think it can be? 127,00

Could possibly be low on coolant in the system. Is the reservoir showing the proper level? There are marks for hot and cold. Alternatively, you may have a thermostat sticking partially closed, preventing the coolant from flowing properly.
