why can't cargurus pay complete this purchase?

I'm trying to buy a 2001 Jeep Cherokee from James Brud.  I got an email
inviting me to complete the purchase.  I tried to change the address from my FL
address to my summer address in CO where the car will be.  Then I got a page
that said cargurus pay couldn't help  with the sale at this time.  What gives?

You should ask them. I think they suspect fraud.
