Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee- I had replaced
the IAC last week, since then it had been running
fine up until now. I haven't had to drive it since
Thursday evening, but I went to get in it this
morning for work and it will not stay running. It will
start if I put my foot on the gas but it will die as
soon as I take my foot off the pedal. The check
engine light/check gauges/ABS/brakes lights came
on, any help?

scan for the codes and get the definitions

By chance did you also clean the throttle body while you were there? If not then try cleaning it throughout with throttle body cleaner and if need be a small brass brush. Then run it till the smoke clears up and it runs, then after that reset the PCM, you will then have to do a relearn procedure by driving it as you normally would for about 20 minutes, then see if it will idle normally. If it's still acting up and the check engine light returns then check the codes and repost back here and someone will help you along with further diagnosis.
