Since no one else answered this I would say that you will need to jack up the rear of the car and lower the rear suspension.

thanks,do I have to remove anything?or can I get to it just by raising car?

If the exhaust system is in the way it will have to be lowered or removed. Jack the car up and take a look. I think it will be fairly self explanatory.
