Heater blows but no heat and no cold air

Just bought a mini cooper s countryman 2012. A/c
light flashes green and never stops flashes green.
Also can't change blower direction, only blows on
the floor. A mechanic told me ecu. Help. I have
made one payment. 120000 miles on it.

Buying a problem car is not wise. I hope it was cheap.
