Fuse F-34 (10A) keeps blowing randomly. I cannot find anything that tells what is run from this fuse in order to troubleshoot the what is causing it. Does anyone know a common problem related to this fuse or have any information on what this fuse controls so I can perform a process of elimination?

All gauges don't work but all the dash lights work, cruise works but doesn't show indicator on dash. Radio works but no sound (which if key is placed in accy position radio works with sound and if you switch to start it fast it will continue to work. Directionals don't work and auto lights don't work (have to turn headlight switch manually for lights to be on). Also, the interior light doesn't turn off right away. It will stay on for several minutes unless you roll back the dimmer to all off. then when you roll it back up to bright it will stay off until you restart the truck again. The washer sprayer won't work the wipers will turn on. That's all I've found so far
