Air and heat not blowing

My air and heat is not blowing out my face vent it
only blow on the floor and the dash vent what
could that be

Most likely a stuck door actuator... if you have tried this several times that is the most likely problem.. There could be others though. Like the controls going bad, bad wire. It may take a little bit of digging into to find out exactly.
