Why doesn't the site allow for price variations based upon an accident. This would provide consumers with a more realistic estimation of the actual value, along with providing accurate information for consumer to calculate a diminished value claim when in an accident.

As a consumer in search of a vehicle I understand the game and reasons why they wouldn't. I think it should be mandatory that every listing come with a free CarFax report link. That way the consumer is informed about possible hideous secrets and make a educated decision base on real data. Price variations base on vehicle accidental damage is to complicated hence the purpose for auctions.
