hello. i have a 2002 vw jetta.

can anyone tell me why my car beeps 3 times when it hits 3000 rpms? and is there any
way to unhook it?   thanks a bunch!!!

Isn't there a warning lamp flashing along with the beeping? Make sure your oil is clean and at the proper level; oil pressure warning?
