2006 BMW 530 XIT Sport Wagon AWD-140K miles, Should I buy? Please help

The carfax shows it has been in one accident in 2009 and two owners but not a salvage
title(no warranty). Original owner kept is 3-4 years after reported accident. Price is about
$10K from BMW Dealer. Should I buy?

No. do not "buy" this one...it is a swimmer...despite lazer alignment will ALWAYS swim...pass please~
