Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Why does the right signal light blinks faster
then my left and the right signal light doesn't
work nor does it work when I step on the
brake, but the lights do work if I turn them
on!!

One of the right side turn signal bulbs is probably bad or about to go bad (work sometimes). That makes it blink faster. Other bulbs may still work on cars, with several bulbs, making it hard to realize what's happening.
