I have a 2005 dodge caravan that leaks water out the radiator cap overflow to the fill tank and then out it's overflow I have to and coolant every time I drive it. It's not overheating.

If not over heating,and new thermostat in place,dodge caravan,s are known for inner intake blowout/leak,this will build pressure up in the water system,and cause this,check the intake gasket,s on both of them,been there done that know what you are going threw,
I’ll guess the coolant also looks dirty and this is a head gasket leak. The lower intake gasket in the V groove does seal a water passage, but the other passages are all intake air and can’t push air pressure into the coolant passage, Unexpected coolant release to the reservoir requires intruding air at a pressure above the cap’s 12 PSI release pressure, The only place to get that pressure is a cylinder. A cylinder leak down pressure test may be the only safe way to find the leak. If the engine’s valves and rings don’t seal tightly enough to find the leak you’ll end up changing the gasket on both heads. This will require new intake and exhaust manifold gaskets. Taking out the windshield wiper tray improves access to the rear half of the engine and reduces total repair time.
