cigarette lighter fuse

I don't have a manual and my cig lighter is not working, I don't know the location of the fuse so I checked them and they are good, what's the location of this fuse and could the fuse be missing?

Fuse 2--20 amp, under hood fuse box. Mopar.com has your owners manual, you can read it online for free. I didn't see cigar fuse in owners manual, I looked?
