I have a Dodge 06 Charger.  It has started to shake a little while I am at a stand
still.  It flows fine on the expressway.  It had a diagnostic test performed and
was told that my #1 cylinder has dropped and it has lost compression.  I have
also been told that I need a tune up.  Can someone please tell me what they
think this can be?  It is high in milage but it is runs very good.

A burned valve may be the cause of the lost compression. One low cylinder may not be enough to make it run badly so tune it up and see how it runs.

Your engine may be on borrowed time. The fix would be to pull the head and do a valve job provided I am right. A leak down test can help confirm the problem.
