Service provided at a private mechanic business

I just had to have a new starter installed in my 2012 Kia Sorento, that has
51,000 miles on it.  I had the work done at a local private repair shop.  The
work cost $560.  Can I get reimbursed for the work, under the 100,000/10
year warranty??

The 10 year 100K warranty is for powertrain only. Probably not. Contact Kia Customer Service to verify.
