My rear back seatbelt won't go back in. I have a 2012 Chev Malibu ltz

Then the clock spring has went bad and the seat belt assembly will have to be replaced, for safety reasons there are no repair kits for these, they want you to replace the whole thing. Rare but sometimes you can find a functioning unit at an auto wreckers, it's rare cause most of them have been locked during a crash.
