Why does my car sound like a fan running after shut off

I have a 2012 chevy malibu with less than 80,000 mile and lately it sounds like  
a fan is running after I turn the car off.  Is this something that I should be
concerned about.

Mine does the same thing, usually when it gets hot it’ll stay on till the engine is cool

It's normal. They are electric fans that come on when temperature is above normal operating temperature, even when engine is turned off
