You need to check that the channel where the window runs is clean and you can lubricate it with a grease that won't damage the material, personally I use silicone based lubricants. If the trouble persist there is a problem with the window roller or something related. Also you need to do the relearn procedure for the window's auto function. Wich is press the button down until the window is down completely then immediately press up until the window is up, wait 3 to 5 seconds and let the button go. That's it test this and let me know

Hector, The window needed to learn the auto function again. I followed the procedures a few times and it is working correctly now. Thanks! Roger
