95 Chrysler Sebring LXi won't start

My 95 Sebring 2.5 V6 won't start. It cranks,
putts here and there, but will not fire. It
started up this morning, spit and sputtered,
was shut off, and now won't start back up. I
have spark and fuel. I replaced the tps
sensor, idle/air control valve, and evr valve a
few months ago due to similiar issues. Also,
I cannot get the car to read codes, and every
diagnostic scanner I have tried says it
cannot connect. The ecu has been changed
in the past as well. Does anyone have any
ideas that might help me get it going again?
