Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok, so I have a 1995 Chrysler Sebring LXI Coupe with the 2.5 automatic
I bought this car last year and it was running just fine for a while. then I noticed 2 diffrent noises. one is from the charcol box, annoying but not unfixable. and the second is coming from the left backside of the motor. its like a tick metal sound. the sound goes away when i rev the motor but comes right back when i let off the gas. so far I have already torn the whole bottom off. everything was pefect and clean. not much wear and retorqued everything back to were its sapossed to be. fly wheel and everything was right. now I am stumped. I have no idea on what it could be. valve adjustment? timeing is off? can reg gas cause this issue? I really dont want to replace the whole motor and its cost me enough already to find out nothing...

K, well in the mix of all this I just found out the head is now leaking into the oil. great lol should have gone with a rebuild. so far I have spent over $700 on it, new bearing , replaced spark plugs, timing is not off, compresstion is good on all cilenders.. I am stumped. the knock is still there
