You can not cut them or bypass them first of all because its illegal and second reason being you would then by pass the 02 sensor

are you having a problem or do you a)want to cash them in , b) improve performance ?

You can cut and straight pipe them you just have to get whichever shop or whoever does your exhaust to modify a spot to screw in O2 sensors it's called fabrication and it could be done on any vehicle regardless of make or model!
