replacement Wiring harness 97 sebring

I was having electrical problems so i replace the
whole engine harness including the ecm . I pulled
one at a pull and saving at a wrecking yard i believe
it was a 97 or 98  can i  do that some of the
conectors wer diff so i cut them and put the old  
new used harness  the fuse box under the hood
had a coupl different relay fuses  is this my
problem now it would turn over but theres no spark
and i can hear the fuel pump but i dont smell gas
but the was gas in the fuel line.. what order do the
relay go in i notice thers open and closed one and
the new ones i bought i was told would work for
any of the relays  please help i was suposed to
have left state 2 days ago and im praying that i
dont have to pull that harness and start over

why would you need to cut and replace connectors if it were the right harness? probably installed wrong harness....
