Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I can't get my 98 Sebring jxi convertible to run, it
has a new battery, new map sensor, new throttle
position sensor, new plugs and wires, new fuel
filter and pump, new distributor and cap and no
vacuum leaks that I can find. When I try to start it I
can hear the piston firing and occasionally it will
chug weakly for a couple seconds then die off, I
have managed to get it started after cranking on it
extensively and if it starts it idle fine but as soon as
I give it any gas it stalls, I checked the plugs after
one such stall and they were wet like the engine
had flooded when I hit the gas. I'm out of ideas
please help

wet plugs would mean no spark , check coils , ignition module , you can test things if you want so that you don't buy parts you don't need

Thank you for taking the time to help me, I've tested all six plugs for spark and they all spark strong, this car was in pretty rough shape when I got it. I'm talking about not even basic maintenance besides the occasional oil change in it's entire 160k life. All the new parts I listed were replaced because they tested bad. I should also mention that I tested the timing on one of the rare occasions i managed to get it started and timing was dead on. The 98 Sebring jxi has a single distributor and cap that all 6 plug wires attach to and is I said it is brand new so the problem cant be with the coil packs because my car doesnt have individual coils

see if the injectors are firing correctly , if one is stuck open that'll dump fuel into the cylinders , check throttle position sensor

The injector on cylinder 3 was plugged when I got it but I have cleaned and tested all of them and the fire normally now, the throttle position sensor and thecrankshaft position sensor have also been replaced

If it makes it easier the only component I haven't replaced is the 02 sensors and the egr valve but I can't see those causing a no start condition just really rough idle bit I could be wrong

Also their are no codes when I check with an obd and the is no cel
