where is the horn relay located?

horn works with alarm but not button on steering wheel.

If it works with the alarm, that means it's getting power through the relay. Your problem is probably the clock spring in the steering wheel.

I have a 2008 Sebring and the horn beeps two times when I turn the car on. Someone said it was the horn relay-that it may have shorted itself. Has anyone had this issue?
