Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2000 Toyota solara v-6 3000 starts but won't idle and dies if I don't keep my foot on
the gas pedal or throttle. It has a half tank of fuel. It cranks and dies unless I keep
pumping the gas pedal.

Sounds like maybe the fuel injectors or fuel filter might be clogging up. You can also try putting fuel treatment in. You might have gotten bad gas somewhere.
