Had to change radiator cause of a crack but seems
like my fan isn't working properly now. When I drive
coolant temp stay at 203-204 but when I stop at
lights or such it goes to 210

Did you accidentally unplug the fan? Did you purge air out of the cooling system?

    there is oil in my radiator. How do I test to be sure it's a head gasket or the block? I pulled a motor from another truck. Before I installed the motor there was no oil in the old radiator>
