what would make my 99 sebring convertable flood itself out

i have a 1999 sebring convertable limited replaced fuel pump filter plugs wires   
and injectors it seems to be flooding itself out. i am lost what could the
problem be

Injector may still be stuck open. Measure resistance of Injectors and inspect visually. Throttle issues could cause this also.
