1999 Chrysler LHS electrical and transmission problems

Asked by Jeremygarrett May 31, 2013 at 10:05 PM about the 1999 Chrysler LHS 4 Dr STD Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My speedometer isn't working, my climate
control display, door locks and display for
which gear I'm in are not working also, as
well my car will go into reverse and drive
but won't shift from first to any other gear. I
have replaced the BCM and the
speedometer worked for like five minutes
then quit. What do you think my problem is?
I have been told it could be my speed
control sensor, could that be the problem
with all I am going through?

a few strokes of a coarse wirebrush should do it.....each piece...be sure the battery is fairly new...these new tin/antimony alloy car batteries do not behave like the old lead ones did.~
