Can I use Crosstrek rims / tires on my 2001 Subaru Impreza Outback?

I like the crosstrek rims, and found some for sale, online.  They are 225 55/R17,
and my 01 Impreza Outback has 205 60/ 15 91S.  I think the bolt pattern is 5 X
100 for both, but I'm worried the 17 inchers won't fit?  Any help is appreciated!
