heater blows cold air when at idle even when temp is at normal on my 2010 buick lucerne

Make sure the coolant level is full, and there is coolant in the reservoir at the proper level.

If all is good there with the coolant, then there is a blend door actuator under the dash that controls temperature that may be bad.
