CAM CHAIN TENSORE BROKE OFF INSIDE MOTOR WHEN I STARTED
THE CAR IT SOUNDED LIKE A ROD KNOCK  TOOK OIL PAN OFF THAT
WHEN I SEEN PLASTIC PIECES IN THE SCREEN TOOK VAV COVERS
OFF ALL SPARK PLUGS HOLES HAD OIL IN THEM AND BIGGER
CHUNKS PLASTIC FROM THE CAM CHAIN TENSORES GUIDES IS MY
MOTOR SHOT FROM THE PLASTIC

I doubt the engine is shot from the plastic, but you may have bigger problems with the valves, if the chain came loose you could bend valves and crack Pistons, oil in the plug holes is usually the tube seals are seeping oil. You migh want to get a bore scope and look down inside each cylinder and see if there is any valve damage before proceeding, or take a chance and clean out the plastic, install a new timing chain kit, refill the engine with oil and replace the oil filter and hope it fires and runs.
