Right rear wheel locked up. ABS light on.

Asked by GuruN5LG7 Oct 13, 2019 at 05:15 PM about the 2008 Subaru Impreza 2.5i Hatchback

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The car has been sitting for a few months. Upon
trying to move it, the right passenger wheel is
locked up, and the ABS light is on
Is there anyway to unfreeze the locked up wheel, or
shut off the ABS?

When driving down the road the car dies and the alarm goes off

The car hasn't been driven, in months. The drum is locked up, and the ABS light is on. There wasn't any problem a few months ago, when I parked it.
