My hemi Durango suffered loss of power whenever it rained really hard, and would die on me, regardless of speed. It had a wornout and leaking intake manifold gasket. How do you like to lose power steering and brakes when the motor dies? Me neither.

Clean your map/mav sensor. It's located somewhere on your throttle body/air intake. That little diode measures the amount of O2 in the air and adjusts the amount of fuel to send to the injectors. If it gets just a little dirty it throws off the whole system. Squirt it once or twice with engine cleaner. Be careful though. It's delicate and expensive. It'll improve your mpg too..
