Any idea why no guages would work on a running instrument panel?

My 2000 Sebring JXi convertible stopped showing any gauges.  No gas, no temp, no speedometer, nothing.  The latest thing to go wrong is both directional show in the cluster as going -as if I put the hazards switch on.  Outwardly, they do not go on but in the panel, it says it is going.  Please help a broke person.  Thank you

97 Sebring convertible all gages stopped can't tell speed gas or nothing
