I have a 2000 Chrysler cirrus and my horn or alarm doesn't work. No fuse. Every time I put a fuse in the alarm goes off an will not turn off.. any ideas

The Body Control Module (BCM) may need a reset. The BCU controls your door locks, anti theft system, etc.. Try resetting by disconnecting the positive battery terminal for about an hour. If the problem persists, the BCM may need to be reprogrammed or replaced by a dealer.
