My C300 Mercedes Benz four matic is stuck in
park,what caused it bto do so,,?¿??

Could be several things. 1. It's stuck, so you need the shift-lock override. Check owners manual, also available on line, just google your car. 2. Brake-shift solenoid that releases shifter when brake is depressed is defective.3. Broken shifter. Could be as simple as a broken spring. 4. Linkage is broken or out of adjustment.
