Did that I even got a new battery battery is not the problem everything turns on my vehicle just will not crank And when I do try to start it all I hear is a click

Rapid clicking is usually a weak battery or bad battery connections. A single click may be a bad starter.

so that's what the initial thought was too and it's just single click so I've been doing some research I'm pretty sure I need either a new starter or starter solenoid or something like that what's got something to do with the starter thank you for your help as well

don't forget the crank sensor. Because it's easily overlooked, plus the vehicle is older. It wouldn't surprise me at all if it's gone out. My second guess is the solenoid ( if it was my car, I'd go to a junk yard and pay 2 to get in and call it good. BUT , that's strictly my opinion).
