07 jeep Cherokee Laredo 3.7 that reads cylinder 1 misfire.. i have changed the coil, all the spark plugs, a map sensor, and the coil connectors.. jeep dealership says they will diagnose it for 200 bucks.. also said they think its the injectors or the idle sensor, help?
reset the code, see if chk engine comes on again and read the code. It may be after you did the change, the code hasn't reset or a new problem has occured. Go to an autozone or just by a 20$ ODB II reader at walmart...best $ you will ever spend then google the code name
Swap the #1 fuel injector to another cylinder to see if the miss moves with the injector. Also a compression test may be in order just in case there is an issue with the valve train on the #1 cylinder. How many miles on this Jeep?
