My can shaft sensor is bad on my 2001 Chrysler Sebring that what came up on the code. Will this cause my car not to start.

Check engine light comes on took it to be scan and that's what the
code came up with battery is good starter is good when I start the
car the the fuse blows that says start/fuel which is a 20amp fuse.
This as happen before all I did was replace the fuse and it turn over I
all so notice this fuse works the turn signal and radio.

YES, CAM AND CRANK SENSORS ARE THE MOST COMMON THINGS CAUSING A CARE NOT TO START

Could be a starter relay. If the Relay gets to warm it will pop the fuse every time.
