Replaced alternator and battery,
but still continues to drain in a
couple days. Battery light comes
on and car then stalls out if
driving. Drains overnight
otherwise.

Battery draining issues can be cd player stuck, sunroof not closed all the way or anti-theft system. One way to check is to pull fuse of a suspected system and see if that takes care of problem.
