2001 300m - overheating i changed radiator , thermostat,bled system, still overheats, ?

Does it run at normal temp while at highway speeds but gets hot in stop and start traffic or at an idle? If so check that fans are coming on. Crank car up and turn your ac on. The fan should come on. If not need to trouble shoot why it's not.
