Is my bearings in one of my pulleys going bad?

There is a hard to describe sound coming from my 02
voyager.. I am lead to believe it is bearings.. I have changed
water pump.. and tensioner pulley . And still am left with no
solution.. the sound gets worse when I put it into drive or
reverse tends to get slightly quieter when in neutral or park.
Can not hear anything when driving down the road and
drives just fine.. but it sou is not so good PLEASE HELP
