Making loud noise when steering wheel is straight or turned to the right but nice and quiet when steering to the left.

Does the sound seem to be coming from the wheels or under the hood? If it comes from the wheels and sounds somewhat like grinding then you may have a bad bearing (probably on the left). If the noise comes from under the hood then you may have an issue with your power steering pump or the steering box depending on the type of noise. Can you provide more detail?

It's a whining noise while the car is in park and while I'm steering and driving the noise is constant and it won't stop until I turn off the car
