Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Sebring with about 90,000 miles on it when I
drive for about 15 mins down the highway the rpm needle
jumps to 6 but the engine does not rev any and the car
doesn't really want to go but about 20 seconds later every
goes back to normal anyone know what the problem may
be?
