2002 Chrysler Concorde won't start sometimes

It's a 2.7L v6. The car will start up sometimes. It
will always crank over. But when you rev up the
engine up over 2400 rpm it jumps. Then you can
turn off the car and try to start it again and it will
just turn over and not start. Wait 5_10 mins and it
will start up. Also when it's idling now it idles at
1000_1100. Never dropping down to 600_800 like
it use too. Already replaced the fuel pump. Been
told it could be the cam sensor, crank sensor,
timing being off. Need some answers.
