Truck hesitating

My 2011 ford ranger 4x4 FX4 off road (manual
tran) started hezitating like not getting enough air
or fuel. Does it intermittantly. Help. Engine light
came on later when hot and AC on.

Try unplugging your MAF sensor and see if the problem goes away, the truck will probably use more fuel while unplugged so you know. If it improves clean it with air flow sensor cleaner ONLY or you can damage it! Dirty/ faulty MAF sensors will give bad readings and throw everything out of whack
